Kirby & Me
Kirby & Me est un projet caritatif visant à commémorer, le 28 août 2017, les cents ans de la naissance de Jack Kirby. Afin de rendre le plus beau des hommages possibles au King des Comics, nous avons proposé à plus d'une centaine d'artistes de nous faire partager le lien qu'ils ont avec l'œuvre ou avec l'homme lui-même.
Tous ces témoignages seront regroupés dans un livre qui fera j'objet d'une campagne de crowdfunding au début de l'année 2017. L'album sera disponible en une seule version qui contiendra les textes en français ainsi que leur traduction en anglais. L'ensemble des recettes réalisées sur la vente de l'ouvrage sera reversé à l'association américaine Hero Initiative.

Dessins, peintures, témoignages, interviews seront compilés dans un ouvrage qui célèbrera l'immense génie qu'était Jack Kirby.

Notre démarche étant caritative,une vente aux enchères des différents originaux cédés par les auteurs (et réalisés dans le cadre de ce projet) sera également mise en place début 2017. À nouveau, les bénéfices seront reversés à l'association Hero Initiative.
Kirby & Me is a charitable project aiming at celebrating Jack Kirby's centenary on the 28th of august 2017. In order to pay the best homage possible to the King of Comics, we offered to over a hundred of actors in the comics industry to share with us the connection they have with Jack or his work.
The project will take the form of a book gathering all of those testimonies (illustrations as well as written testimonies, interviews, etc) which will be financed through a crowdfunding campaign, due for the 1st quarter of 2017. The book will be published in a single, bilingual, edition (in French and English) and all proceedings from its sales will be directed to the non-profit organization Hero Initiative.
In addition to the book's sales, the original illustrations from the book will be put up for auction, in early 2017. Again, all proceedings will be directed towards Hero Initiative.
